If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our refund policy is designed to ensure your concerns are addressed in a fair and prompt manner. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to provide the freshest and most delicious baked goods. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will either replace the item, offer a store credit, or provide a partial refund depending on the situation. Refund Requests Any refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a refund, please provide detailed feedback regarding the issue with your order, so we can resolve it as efficiently as possible. Full Refund Conditions A full refund will be issued if your order was incorrect, damaged during delivery, or not prepared according to your specifications. In these cases, we will ensure that a refund is processed within 5-7 business days. Partial Refunds If there were minor issues with your order, such as a slight discrepancy from your original request, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement item. Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis. Cancellation Refund Cancellations for custom orders (cakes, specialty pastries, etc.) must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once the order has been completed and delivered or picked up, no refunds will be provided. Refund Process Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.
